Tasting Notes:
On the nose, it is an incredible balance of sweet fruitiness with an underlying grassy funk. You will get heaps of tropical fruit notes, with a hint of grapefruit and undertones of green flavors- olives, seaweed, and eucalyptus.
On the palate, sweet tropical notes of banana and pineapple develop into vanilla oak flavors with green apples and a ginger root spice. To finish, the characteristic funk of Agricole rums comes forth along with a hint of black pepper, olives, and sugar cane grassiness.
