This barrel-aged cocktail was launched to commemorate Utah’s 36 votes to end Prohibition in 1933. Made from 2 parts High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey, one part sweet vermouth, and a dash of bitters. Spicy like cinnamon, sweet like fruit candy, and bitter as chocolate, just stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
